Acceptance of the importance of organisational culture in all change programmes has increased dramatically over the past 5 years. We now have solid experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of culture, setting the baseline, using internally nominated cultural ambassadors, and a wide range of communication and event techniques. In our experience mobilisation and focus, combined with trust and open dialogue, provide the basis for developing
