Most of our work concerns change, and the development of leaders’ change competence so that they can use more effective strategies in managing their organisations. Change competence is what our market demands: it is always a major theme in leadership development programmes, team development, coaching and as a theme for lectures.

Our approach to change combines 2 major themes. First, we have a keen eye for context, gaining insight into external trends, how these are translated into strategy, the structures and culture of the organisation, and the personality constellations and interests in play. Second, we have deep competence in change theory, how a change programme needs to be constructed, and how it can be expected to unfold. It is the combination of significant and varied leadership experience, with real competence in the psychology of change, that positions us as change experts.
