EXECUTIVE COACHING

 

Many leaders benefit greatly from having an external coach or discussion partner. Our coaching goes further than the normal approach of focusing exclusively on the coachee finding their own answers by also providing the benefit of our own experience. We use our experience as a basis for challenging and improving suggested approaches and solutions. We observe that this mixed approach improves the overall result, and is much appreciated by the coachee.
