We tailor 360 degree leaders surveys to the customer’s leadership principles, whilst always maintaining the link to empirical research. Our surveys are often used as part of a  leadership development programme, or assessment centres where key resources are analysed for promotion. The analysis measures a leader’s ability both to create results through their people, and their ability to be a cultural architect. We have found that it is valuable to measure a leader’s ability to understand the impact of the organisation’s culture on its results, and his or her understanding of the mechanisms that maintain and develop culture. An analysis is always followed by a process facilitated by a consultant, where findings are discussed and channelled into concrete actions. More often than not, feedback to leaders leads to teams taking more active responsibility for the team’s results.
