EMPLOYEE SURVEYS


Our employee surveys are based on our Total Model, developed in co-operation with NHH and Oslo University, with a performance psychology perspective on work climate. We tailor our surveys, always relating to the organisation’s information needs and work processes. An employee survey takes the pulse of the organisation, but is primarily a management tool for increasing each employee’s opportunity to fulfil his or her potential, to the benefit of both the organisation and employee. Themes often include strategic insight, goal clarity, role clarity, motivation, competence requirements, leadership, culture and HSE.
